At the core of (M)POWER is intentional, personalized support. In its first year alone, the program facilitated 774 student success and advising meetings with students across all class years, ensuring that no Mount student navigates their journey alone.
The impact is especially clear for new students:
- 97% of first‑year students completed their required (M)POWER success coach meeting
- 92% also met with their faculty advisor, reinforcing a strong foundation of academic and personal support from the very beginning
This coordinated advising model connects students with success coaches, faculty advisors, and career professionals who work together to help students set goals, overcome challenges, and stay on track.
